MASA Focus On Legal Workshops
MASA is presenting a series of workshops that Focus On Legal Issues and topics. The workshop series will include:
Legal Pitfalls in Addressing Student-on-Student Misconduct will be presented by Missouri Ed Counsel, LLC, Duane Martin et.al.
Residency and Parental Authority: Subpoenas, Restraining Orders, Orders of Protection, Divorce Decrees, Parenting Plans, Guardianships and Power of Attorney workshops will be presented by Celynda Brasher and Michelle Basi, attorneys with Tueth, Keeney, Cooper, Mohan & Jackstadt P.C.
Special Education and Section 504 workshops will be presented by Teri Goldman, Ernie Trakes and Betsey Helfrich with the law firm of Mickes Goldman O’Toole LLC.
