LDS: Combined Workshop -- Virtual Education Pitfalls & Staff - Student Electronic Communications (Guin Mundorf)
This workshop will address two topics that are hot for 2019. Information will be presented on how districts can best handle virtual education requests in light of new legislation and recent court cases. The second topic addresses the challenges facing districts trying to align policy and practice when it comes to staff-student electronic communications.
