MASA (MCSA) Facility COVID-19 Protocol
Just as school districts are taking steps to promote healthy practices to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we here at the MASA (MCSA) headquarters in Jefferson City are also taking measures to provide a safe environment for our staff and those who use our facility.
As it stands, we have no plans to close our offices, but we are taking the following steps:
- Regular cleaning and disinfecting of bathrooms, kitchen and food preparation areas, as well wiping down areas that receive ongoing human contact.
- Limiting meetings to approximately 10 or fewer people and working to practice prescribed social distancing.
- We also are asking that any group that is renting our facility let their attendees know the recommendations from the CDC regarding healthy practices.
Should we need to close our offices, we are capable of doing much of our work remotely. We are fortunate to have several tools that will allow for virtual meetings including conference audio and video calls. Should we close, we will also make our cell phone numbers available to membership and place necessary information on our website.
