EdCounsel 2023 Legal Guide Available
The MASA Executive Committee would like to thank Duane Martin of EdCounsel, LLC for allowing our organization to use this Legal Guide as a fund raiser to help promote our mission of developing and supporting effective public school leaders who positively impact the lives of Missouri students.
The "2023 Legal Guide" is an electronic tool which allows educational leaders to quickly review legal issues as they arise in the daily operation of our public schools. The "2023 Legal Guide" is structured to provide baseline information regarding each subject and includes a "word search" capability.
The information provided for each topic includes three basic components:

Identification of key concepts;

A checklist of sequential steps;

Policy pointers with a reference to the policies used by most Missouri school districts.

FAQ's in each section of the guide.
