MASA School Finance Consultant, Chris Straub, presented a workshop at the MSBA/MASA Fall Conference titled, "Mid-Year Budget Issues and Decisions." This workshop was designed primarily for school superintendents and focused on identifying areas of budget concern and a general discussion of budgeting and school finance concerns.
