LDS: Personnel Workshops - 2024
Who is invited to attend? Any district or building level administrator who plays a role in the decision-making process related to personnel.
Description: This roundtable discussion will focus on the many personnel decisions that school leaders must make each spring. The discussion will address the following topics:
- best practices and procedures for HR
- board policies and legal requirements.
- leading the decision-making process surrounding key personnel matters including recruiting, hiring, contracting, non-renewals, resignations, reduction in force, and separations.
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
