American School District Panel -- 2023 Fall Survey Data
Each year, several Missouri school districts participate in the RAND American School District Panel’s fall surveys. Missouri’s participation entitles us to feedback specific to our state as well as national data. The report is shared as an Excel file allowing us to create customized tables and charts. Participating districts were sent their customized reports on February 13th. In April, the American School District Panel will publish three reports based on the fall 2023 findings and MASA members will be able to access them at the ASDP Publications Page (https://www.americanschooldistrictpanel.org/publications.html). The first report, Staffing, Budget, Politics, and Academic Recovery in Districts, provides updates on several timely trends in K-12 public education. The second report focuses on summer programming offerings across school districts. And the third and final report combines data from the fall 2023 ASDP survey with data from an American Teacher Panel survey about the introduction and integration of AI in K-12 public education.

I want to add that districts that participate in the fall survey receive $250 student scholarship checks from the American School District Panel, and if they choose to participate in the spring survey, they will receive another $250 student scholarship.
