Greetings!
The 2021 MASA/MOSPRA Spring Conference is set for March 24-26 at the Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark, Missouri. We believe that this will be an exceptional conference with great keynote speakers, professional development opportunities and time to celebrate our peers.
You will note that several aspects of the conference will be a little different, but our goal is to provide our members the best conference experience possible.
The conference is being held in-person, and MASA is working closely with The Lodge of Four Seasons to create a safe environment for attendees, presenters and vendors. We will only be using the larger rooms for break-out sessions and special events in order to exercise social distancing. This may call for some longer walks to reach certain sessions, and it will mean that we will have fewer people sitting at tables during meals and other events. Hand sanitizer will be provided to all attendees and the Lodge will have sanitizer stations as well. The MASA leadership team will be wearing safety masks the majority of the time we are with groups of conference participants, and respectfully ask that when possible attendees wear masks. (Masks will be available at the sanitizer tables).
We are taking additional measures to give our business vendors more time with conference attendees, and we encourage you to visit the exhibit booths. Not only will you learn about some great products, but you will be supporting the businesses that support MASA. In order to help our vendors save costs, the Exhibit Hall will only be open on Thursday, March 25.

We’ve been using the word “flexible” a lot these days, and we ask that you be flexible with us. We may need to cancel a session or move an event on short notice, but we will keep you informed as best we can. Related to that, we will not only keep information on the website, but also on the MASA and MOSPRA apps.
